Study Materials Created by Someone Who's Passed Every Exam

After 26 years in the building industry — including 12 years in inspections — I've watched too many talented inspectors struggle with ICC exams. Not because they didn't know the codes, but because they didn't have the right study system.

The existing options were either expensive or just generic question banks that don't teach you how to find answers in an open-book exam. As a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, I knew there had to be a better, more systematic approach.

So I built what I wish I'd had: a complete study system that combines audio guides you can listen to on the drive to a job site, tabbing strategies that actually work during the exam, and practice questions that teach you the logic — not just the answers.
